Caring Hands Center Limited is a youth led mental health NGO registered with the Council for NGOs in Malawi (CONGOMA), Non-Governmental Organizations Board of Malawi (NGO Board) and the Malawi Government under the Companies Incorporation Act.

Mental Lab won best innovation award in e-health category at the annual (ICTAM) awards

Mental Lab won best innovation award in e-health category at the annual Information communications technology association of Malawi(ICTAM) awards that was done in partnership with National Bank of Malawi (NBM)“ in the year 2022

Mental Health & Psychosocial Support taskforce (MHPSS) Membership

We became a member of the Malawi government's “Mental Health & Psychosocial Support taskforce (MHPSS)” which is led by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Gender & Social Welfare

We launched the Mental Lab Application. The App automates all the processes involved when one is seeking mental health therapy.

NDIZABHOBHO Campaign

This campaign is scheduled to run for 30 days on our social media pages to give hope to the youth, especially those that have given up in life, as we encourage them to act on their ideas and also visit the Mental Lab App if they are facing any mental issues

Youth Talent for Mental Health Education

In partnership with Validus Circle, we offer mental health education to the youth through talent building by organizing events.

Lilongwe Music Festival

Every year LiFest is set to conduct the Lilongwe music festival, we partnered to offer mental health sensitization and education at these festivals.

Offering and delivering psychosocial programs to orphaned and vulnerable children.

Improving mental health awareness in Malawi and trickle into reduction in the mortality associated with mental health.
